We are built on people like you: an exceptional Front Line Manager who has what it takes to make an impact in our UK Poultry division.
Managing a team of 30-45 Production Operatives; this role monitors and drives production giving equal focus to safety, quality, cost, welfare, customer, operations and people as well as having overall responsibility for staffing and performance management. Customer focussed with a detailed knowledge of the product and production processes is essential at this level with good knowledge of the appropriate process parameters and their influence on the product.

  • Previous supervisory/management experience within a Food Industry environment
  • Experience in working within a food manufacturing environment, detailed process and product knowledge, e.g. underpinning knowledge of poultry end to end processes
  • Problem solving – can anticipate problems or delays, plan accordingly
