UK Poultry represents more than half of 2 Sisters’ business by sales. The division employs over 7,000 people working in a chilled environment to process poultry products which are then marketed to UK consumers via major retailers.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join the Commercial team within our Poultry division to work closely with one of our main retail partners, the Co-Operative. In this position you will be required to work a minimum of 3 days per week in the Co-Op Head Office in Manchester.

As a Commercial & Supply Chain Implant you will support the team in delivering against sales and profitability targets, monitor customer sales on a daily basis and carry out data analysis to provide actionable insight for both the Co-op and 2 Sisters’ commercial teams.
This is the role that you have been waiting for… the Commercial & Supply Chain Implant will support in the delivery of internal/external category business plans. You will maintain account administration & documentation including submitting forms for price changes and promotions, manage & circulate core range & promotional activity documentation and ensure that internal price files are maintained on a weekly basis.

Specific tasks include but are not limited to

Analysing and interpreting sales data to determine actionable insight that can:
  • Drive category sales growth
  • Reduce in-store waste
  • Maximise promotional sales opportunities
  • Improve profitability for both Co-op and 2SFG

Can you do it? Yes you can, if you’re fanatical about food, thrive under pressure and have the can-do spirit that’s created our brand. Bring those qualities along with the above and you will have the recipe for success:
  • Ideally Sales, Marketing, Food or Business qualification – educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Proven experience of working within an Account Executive or Data Analyst role ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong communication skills, quality focused and commercially minded.
  • Confident in making presentations and producing written reports.
  • Work on own initiative, is flexible, positive and confident.
  • Excellent IT skills – Word, Advanced Excel and Power Point.
