About The Role
We’re looking for a SAP PP/PM Functional Specialist to play a critical role in a number of our large implementation projects, transforming our ERP platforms as well as business as usual, making sure we successfully deliver first time business process solutions.
 
This role will have 2 main ‘modes’ of operation, SAP Implementation and Competency Centre Operation. You will be responsible for writing and delivering the blueprint for PP/PM modules as well as writing functional specifications for PP/PM modules.
 
In this role, you will bring industry knowledge and offer insight/advice of SAP best practice, deliver SAP training, act as escalated support for SAP related issues and identify opportunities to improve business processes. You will be link between technical and business so you need to have the ability to articulate complex business concepts in to technical terms.

Experience/Knowledge/Qualifications;
  • SAP functional & configuration skills in PP/PM modules working in a structured change process
  • Experience and knowledge of key integration points with other SAP modules
  • Thorough understanding of Plant Maintenance and Production Planning processes, including interfaces to and an understanding of third party planning tools
  • An understanding of a wide range of third party production control systems, their functionality and their interfaces to SAP
  • An understanding of programming concepts with the ability to debug ABAP as an advantage
  • Capable of troubleshooting: investigating, analysing, and solving software problems and mapping business requirements, processes and objectives
  • Assist in design stages of any new requirements, understanding and interpretation of end user requirements, ensuring these are captured within the scope of any development work
  • Ability to influence SAP usage to improve business unit performance in the broader context of 2 Sisters Food Group
  • SAP upgrade and S/4 Hana experience an advantage
