To actively support the operation of the business by providing an effective and professional HR service, whilst ensuring high standards are adopted within all elements of HR. You will contribute to the updating and maintenance of HR policies and procedures, working with managers and colleagues to ensure planning and implementation of structure changes and working practice changes are delivered in line with legislation and best practice -performance management, employee relations, resourcing and staff management Accuracy will be a key strength of yours as you will maintaining employee data on the Mypeople HR system, along with producing and analyzing HR statistics.  Chartered CIPD or working towards Chartered status.Strong employment relations experience.Significant generalist HR experience.Excellent up to date knowledge of employment legislation and HR professional practices.
